Jokes aside, this idea flourished after not getting into my 'dream' school last year. After experiencing rejection for the 317th time, I decided that if I was not going to my 'dream' school, then I'd take a year off, and so I did. After plenty planning and coordination with family, friends and well, myself, I took off.

 

The plan simply made sense. With personal friends, family friends, and family all throughout the world, which would make the trip significantly more economical than it would be alone, assuming the free accommodation and free local tours, I could not give up on this opportunity of a lifetime that sat, laying in front of me. And I didn't give up on it.

 

At first, I thought it would be my dream to go straight into Uni, but as it turns out, all I needed was a place to stay, some cash, a backpack, and determined ambitions to conquer the corners of the world. To dive and learn about the very distinct environments, cultures, dances, and cuisines every place has to offer, I wanted in. So bear with me, as I share my mundane (and spectacular) moments with you.
